RETURN

You can return your products quickly and safely. You have 14 days to do it and the process is very simple!

  1. Fill out the return form, which you will find in your delivered package. It is important to send it together with the goods, so that your return is not lost.
  2. Pack the goods. Pack the goods and keep the original packaging labels, labels with the characteristics of the goods.
  3. If you happen to damage something while testing, please let us know. We will solve any of your questions.
  4. Send the goods
  5. Immediately after receiving the goods, we will send a new one.
  6. Choose an exchange. Order on the navkolo.cz website or write to us and we will agree on how to proceed.
You cannot return or exchange goods if they do not meet the following conditions:
  1. The goods were not used.
  2. All labels and packaging are intact.
  3. The product has no defects.
  4. The customer is responsible for all return costs associated with the exchange.
If the customer receives a defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.


What happens after the return?
  1. Inspection of the shipment - upon receipt, we will check the compliance of the shipment with the delivered return form. After positive verification, you will receive information from us to the e-mail address specified in the order.

  2. Refunds - we usually refund money within 5 working days from the moment of positive completion of the verification. In exceptional cases, the refund period can be extended to 14 days.

  3. We refund the money in the same way you paid for the order. In case of payment:

    PayPal / PayU => you get money through these services, by classic transfer or cash on delivery payment => you receive the money to the account specified in the product return form,


Returned goods

In accordance with § 1829, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal from the purchase contract must be sent to the seller within the period specified in the previous sentence. To withdraw from the purchase contract, the buyer can use the sample form provided by the seller, which forms an appendix to the terms and conditions. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be sent by the buyer to, among other things, the seller's collection address or the seller's e-mail address info@navkolo.cz . After receiving the goods, we will send you a "CREDIT NOTE" with a request to confirm the correctness. The amount of money for the goods will be returned to you within 14 working days. If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the buyer before the buyer returns the goods to him or proves that he has sent the goods to the seller.

Please note that the shipment must be paid for in advance. If you use the same box in which the shipment was delivered to you - first remove the old label with address information. If you are returning several products at once, you can pack them in one collection box. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments. Refusal to return goods may occur if the return is made after the 14-day period.
